How much can I earn? +
10% commission with 1–10 active accounts, 15% with 11–25, and 20% with 26+. Tiers are based on active paying subscriptions — if a customer cancels, your tier adjusts. Once you reach 15% (11+ active accounts), you also earn a $50 bonus for every first Syncific conversion and $25 for LightSync Pro. Commissions are recurring for 24 months per customer.
How do I get paid? +
Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month based on Stripe payments collected. Payouts are processed via ACH direct deposit within 5 business days, once you reach the $25 minimum threshold. First payout is typically 6–8 weeks after your first referral signs up (14-day trial period + billing cycle + processing).
Do I need to be a customer? +
No. Anyone can apply — agencies, consultants, bloggers, educators. You don't need a Syncific account to refer customers.
How does tracking work? +
You get a unique referral link (e.g., syncific.com?ref=SYN-XXXX). When someone clicks it, a 30-day cookie is set. If they sign up within that window, the subscription is attributed to you.
Is there an approval process? +
No. Partners are auto-approved on signup. You get your referral link immediately and can start sharing right away.
Can I refer both Syncific and LightSync Pro? +
Yes. Choose 'Both' when applying and you'll get separate referral links and commission tracking for each product.
What if a customer cancels? +
No payment from the customer = no commission that month. If they resubscribe later, commissions resume automatically.
