These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Syncific platform operated by Tag Team Design LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using Syncific, you agree to these Terms.
Syncific is a creative asset synchronization platform that connects source applications (Adobe Lightroom, Figma, Canva, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Shutterstock) to destination content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Contentful, Webflow). We facilitate the transfer, compression, and metadata enrichment of your digital assets.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key and account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Syncific. One license key is intended for one individual or organization.
Each plan (Solo, Agency, Max) has specific limits on destinations, workspaces, sync operations, and features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to enforce these limits. If you consistently exceed your plan limits, we may ask you to upgrade.
You retain all ownership of your images, metadata, and creative assets. We do not claim any rights to your content. By using Syncific, you grant us a limited license to process your assets (transfer, compress, convert formats) solely to provide the service. We do not use your content for training AI models or any purpose beyond delivering the service.

Syncific connects to third-party services (Adobe, Figma, Canva, Dropbox, Google, Microsoft, Shutterstock, WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Contentful, Webflow). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates from third-party providers that may affect Syncific functionality.
Syncific, including its design, code, architecture, and patent-pending sync technology, is the intellectual property of Tag Team Design LLC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via email. Response times vary by plan tier.
Syncific is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
