OneDrive Source
Sync OneDrive images
to any CMS or website.
OneDrive is widely used by businesses but has no direct path to CMS platforms. Syncific connects OneDrive to WordPress, Shopify, and any website with an upload field.
The problem
OneDrive doesn't talk to your CMS.
Your team stores images in OneDrive. Your website runs on WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace. There's no built-in bridge between them. Every image update means downloading from OneDrive and manually re-uploading to your CMS.
Two ways to sync
Native API for 5 platforms. Extension for everything else.
Web app (API sync)
Direct API integration. Browse OneDrive folders, select images, sync to your media library with format conversion, alt text, and metadata.
Chrome extension (universal)
Works on any website with an upload field. Browse OneDrive from the extension drawer and sync into Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, HubSpot, or any platform.
How it works
OneDrive to your website in three steps.
Connect OneDrive
Link your Microsoft account at app.syncific.com. One-time setup.
Browse & select
Navigate your folders. Select images. Choose output format.
Sync
Images deliver to your CMS via API or extension. Tracked automatically.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I sync OneDrive images to WordPress? +
Yes — two ways. Syncific's web app has a native WordPress integration that syncs OneDrive images via the WordPress REST API. The Chrome extension also works on the WordPress media library upload page. Both methods track syncs in your sync map.
Does it work with OneDrive for Business? +
Yes. Connect your Microsoft account (personal or Business) at app.syncific.com. The extension shows your full OneDrive structure including shared folders.
What CMS platforms does Syncific support? +
Natively via API: WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Contentful, and Webflow. Via custom HTTP API destination: any platform with an API endpoint. Via Chrome extension: any website with a file upload field — Squarespace, Wix, Ghost, custom admin panels, and more.
Does it convert image formats? +
Yes. Choose your output format before each sync: Original, JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF. This means you can store high-res PNGs in OneDrive but deliver optimized WebP to your website.
Is my OneDrive data secure? +
Syncific connects via Microsoft OAuth with minimal permissions. Your credentials are never stored. The extension only accesses OneDrive files when you explicitly click the icon and browse.
Do I need a Syncific account? +
Yes. Connect OneDrive once at app.syncific.com and paste your license key into the Chrome extension.
