Common Issues

Source won't connect

Try disconnecting and reconnecting from Sources. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and try in an incognito window.

Sync fails with error

Check the Activity page for error details. Common causes: expired destination credentials, file too large, unsupported format. Try re-testing the destination connection.

Images not showing in Browse

This usually means the source token expired. Disconnect and reconnect the source. Canva and Figma tokens refresh automatically — if they stop working, reconnect.

Team invite not received

Check spam/junk folders. The email comes from noreply@lightsyncpro.com. If still missing, resend from the Team page.
